Mr. Perri is currently overseeing $60 million worth of investments as part of the "My SB Parks and Trails" initiative, the largest single investment in shared public spaces in the city’s history. He discusses the underlying strategies and models that inform their public placemaking efforts here in South Bend - including examples of recently completed and pending projects.
