In September, the League welcomes Trisha Carrico, who will speak on topics that include the voter registration process, changes to absentee ballot applications, “Elections 101” for voter education, and 2024 General election information (dates, times, and locations), and future legislative changes to voter registration.
Speaker’s Bio: Trisha is a recent graduate of the CEATS program, a Certification in Election Administration, Technology and Security from Ball State University. She has 6+ years of experience in St. Joseph County Voter Registration and Elections (Municipal, County, State and Presidential) and 15 years as an experienced manager in the private business sector. Trisha has overseen the 2023 merging of Voter Registration into the Clerk’s Office, with a goal of improved efficiency and accountability, and is passionate about building high performance, customer-based teams of clerks with extensive knowledge of Indiana Election Code, voter registration requirements, and the Indiana Election Calendar.
